The Admin panel contains setup options related to the individual device exclusively. In contrast to the storage data, Admin’s data is never synced or transferred across devices or anywhere else.
When Admin panel is available - it is accessible with the “key” icon on the main panel.
- The access to Admin panel is automatically granted to any first user that logs in to the system after it’s initial setup
- Additional admins among the user list may be added from the admin panel
- The invite to Admin panel is transferred exactly as any other room invite and must be accepted via [personal messages](privat messages) from the invite sender.
- The list and layout of the available Admin options may differ from version to version, while it’s main purpose is allow the device owner to perform basic management of the system
- It includes:
- change the WiFI name and passford
- invite new admins
- delete rooms and users
- Monitor the free space
- Update firmwere
- Connect to another devices for the local network and ZeroTire (distant) data sync
