BuckitUp rooms are like chats, but for group access. Multiple account may add and retrieve content from there.
<aside> ⚙ In contrast to the private chats which use asymmetric encryption, rooms are symmetrically encrypted, so their keys can be shared across multiple accounts. See our github for more details.

There are 3 types of rooms:
Visible and open for everyone who uses BuckitUp. When someone of room members is online, your request is automatically accepted in the room.
<aside> ⚙ Notice: although the room is open for anyone, it is still encrypted, and the key is never stored on the server. Thus somebody of the room’s members must show up on the same device in order for the key to be shared, only than a new member will be accepted.

Visible, but can be accessed only by intended invitation or when your request to enter the room is manually accepted from the inside.
To send the request, just press on the room name in the rooms list.
